Guest Services / Wellness Concierge
Our Guest Services team serve as friendly hosts for all guests who come to Release. This is a detail-oriented position that requires calm, pleasant demeanors, even under busy circumstances. The Guest Services team is responsible for greeting all guests and guiding them through their experience – covering every detail from the moment a guest books an appointment and checks in, to the moment they check out, ensuring their experience runs smoothly and efficiently. This also includes helping to acclimate and serve guests in our Bliss Spa area. We want each guest, whether they’re here for an hour or a full day, to have an amazing and positive experience. Duties include answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding all of our offerings, accurately booking/managing all appointments in our MindBody system, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging appropriately and correctly for all services. Additional duties also include doing laundry, cleaning and disinfecting all common areas, and ensuring locker rooms and other common areas are stocked with appropriate materials.
Licensed Massage Therapist

WESTBOROUGH
Our Westborough facility blends historic charm with modern wellness amenities across two thoughtfully designed buildings. The historic Nathan Fisher House features Nourish Café, a cycling studio, esthetics spa rooms, massage suites, and a boutique. Adjacent to it, Sanctuary offers a heated yoga studio, a high-tech fitness space, luxurious spa services, heat and light therapies, and a second boutique. The grounds also include an outdoor yoga and fitness area, meditation and tranquility gardens, and a fire pit, creating a peaceful setting for reflection, movement, and community.

The Guest Services team is responsible for greeting all guests and guiding them through their experience – covering every detail from the moment a guest books an appointment and checks in, to the moment they check out, ensuring their experience runs smoothly and efficiently. The Guest Service Lead, or Manager on Duty (MoD) is a designation for the individual with overall responsibility for managing all operations on site during the designated period. The MoD is fully empowered and accountable for operations at Release.
