WELLNESS COACHING
Overcome health challenges and boost wellness.
Individual work with one of our Wellness Coaches will build on the profound self-awareness gained in the Discovery Phase in order to help you achieve clarity on what you do, why you do it and how it is contributing to or detracting from attaining your desired results. You will meet with your coach bi-weekly over the course of a three-month period, and sessions will be dedicated to the exploration of your Care Plan to overcome health challenges and boost wellness in all 5 Pillars of Well-Being: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social and Spiritual.
Through regular reflection with your Coach, you will gain a new perspective on which wellness modalities in your Care Plan work best for you, what you enjoy and what is sustainable. Over time, purposeful choices replace unconscious patterns, helping you move in the direction you want to go.
We take a whole-body approach to health, healing and wellness at Release. Our providers are skilled in the disciplines of functional and lifestyle medicine, determining the root cause of symptoms and illness by looking into multiple contributing factors such as your lifestyle, your environment, and your genes. Treatment is then developed based on individual results rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.

Tracking the Process
Committing an idea to paper has been proven to increase the likelihood of making it a reality. In the work with your Coach, you will evaluate and capture both successes and missteps so you can see your progress, gain perspective on your development and use these insights to enact positive change.




Repeated Practice
Changing long-standing habits and patterns takes practice. Our wellness coaches will support you and hold you accountable as you practice integrating actions from your Care Plan into your daily life. During the course of your one-on-one work, old patterns will give way to new behaviors that enable you to realize meaningful and lasting results.
