All is Calm: A Healthy Night Out

All is Calm: A Healthy Night Out

Release Westborough
December 5th
5:30 – 8:30 pm

In the soft hush of early December, you are invited to our All Is Calm Healthy Night Out, an evening of stillness, renewal, and presence. On Friday, December 5th, we’ll gather beneath gentle lights to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most: joy, love, and generosity.

This night is not about doing more, it’s about unwinding the layers, easing the mind, and coming home to your heart. You’ll be welcomed into a space softened by glow and quiet, where your body can unfold, your breath can settle, and your spirit can breathe more freely.

We will move slowly, with gentle and restorative yoga that lets tension soften. Then we’ll drift into meditation and breath, allowing the busy edges of the mind to soften. A ritual will be offered as well, quiet, symbolic, unhurried, to help us mark this night, to center our intention. Finally, we will settle into silence, held by stillness, until a gentle closing allows us to reemerge, carrying calm into the night that follows.

Participants will then enjoy a healthy, delicious dinner together in Tacoborough. Sit back and socialize over nourishing food and beverages. We’ll end with one hour in our Bliss area with amenities including our Mineral Spa Tub, Cold Plunges, Himalayan Salt Room, Sun Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room and Relaxation Lounge.

This gathering is a sanctuary: a luminous pause before the holiday rush. Come as you are, carry nothing but your presence, and let the light find a quiet home within you.

Julie Cedrone

Julie has aspired to maintain a sense of balance and flexibility through a devoted yoga practice of over twenty five years, trying everything from sivananda to vinyasa to power yoga to aerial yoga (this made her queasy, not a match) to hot yoga (she is addicted!).  Julie completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Common Ground Yoga in Framingham. Julie is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Harvard Divinity School and completed her chaplain training through a residency at the University of California, San Francisco.  She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Boston University School of Theology, focusing on the spirituality of death and dying. Julie and her family live in an antique colonial in downtown Northborough, slowly restoring it and appreciating its quirky “character.”  In addition to a daily yoga ritual, Julie is a long-distance runner and cyclist, lover of books, nature, witty jokes, poetic prayers, quality coffee, and anything chocolate.  Julie and her family travel all over, often camping in tents and distracted by tacky roadside attractions.  Their two cats are very busy cuddling…or catching mice!  The recent addition of Rex, a bearded dragon, completes their home.
