This 90-minute seminar led by Coach Jess will give you the information you need to start your journey towards health, nutrition, and weight loss in the new year. No one wants a temporary diet that you can only stay on for a few weeks. We want a sustainable plan that can have us healthy for a lifetime. In this short time together we will cover topics such as macros, caloric needs, meal planning, and meal prepping. You will learn how to avoid the pitfalls of dieting and how to leave room for the healthy foods, as well as the enjoyable foods, so that you do not feel deprived. You will leave with an understanding of how to apply these concepts into your daily life!

Jessica has over 18 years of experience teaching yoga and other forms of fitness. She loves teaching and making fitness accessible to everyone. She specializes in modifications and equipment to adapt exercises to varying abilities so that everyone leaves feeling like they worked to their fullest potential.
