Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga

With Julie Cedrone

Release Westborough

Tuesday, June 9th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm

Kick off your Summer Staycation at Release with Goat Yoga!

Schedule:

First Session 6 – 6:30 PM

Second Session 6:30 – 7 PM

Enjoy Tacoborough and Cold Harbor Pop-ups plus full Bliss access before/afterwards until 9 pm!

Baby goats are back at Release! Picture warm grass under your mat, sunshine on your face, the gentle thud of tiny hooves prancing across your back, and the kind of laughter you can’t fake. Julie Cedrone leads the flow, Bracken Farm brings the goats.

After class, the celebration continues with tacos from Tacoborough and cold pours from Cold Harbor Brewing, plus full access to Bliss. Some experiences sound silly until you have them. Then you spend the rest of summer trying to recreate them!

Expert

Julie Cedrone

Julie has aspired to maintain a sense of balance and flexibility through a devoted yoga practice of over twenty five years, trying everything from sivananda to vinyasa to power yoga to aerial yoga (this made her queasy, not a match) to hot yoga (she is addicted!).  Julie completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Common Ground Yoga in Framingham.

Julie is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Harvard Divinity School and completed her chaplain training through a residency at the University of California, San Francisco.  She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Boston University School of Theology, focusing on the spirituality of death and dying.
Julie and her family live in an antique colonial in downtown Northborough, slowly restoring it and appreciating its quirky “character.”  In addition to a daily yoga ritual, Julie is a long-distance runner and cyclist, lover of books, nature, witty jokes, poetic prayers, quality coffee, and anything chocolate.  Julie and her family travel all over, often camping in tents and distracted by tacky roadside attractions.  Their two cats are very busy cuddling…or catching mice!  The recent addition of Rex, a bearded dragon, completes their home.
