Gratitude Creative Alchemy

With Catherine Willows

Release Westborough

November 16th

2 – 5 pm

Through expressive art-making, guided prompts, poetry, journaling, and intuitive guidance, we will explore the following theme. No previous art experience is needed, just an open heart and a playful spirit!

November Theme: Gratitude

November invites us to embrace Gratitude, not just a concept or idea, but from heart and soul, cultivating a deep appreciation for what we cherish most and what brings meaning to our lives.

Creative Alchemy is an Expressive Arts program for women who long to re-engage with their creative selves, awakening and exploring parts of themselves that may have been tucked away beneath years of responsibility, pressure, and life’s demands.

Creativity lives innately within us all. It is our natural capacity to imagine, to envision new possibilities, and to bring fresh energy into our lives. These mini-workshops, aligned with Release’s monthly themes, offer an invitation to access, reactivate, and reclaim this powerful pathway back to inspiration, opening the door to deeper connection with self, intuitive wisdom, flow, and joy.

Together, we connect with others as we engage in the creative impulse and the whispers of the soul that guide us through the art-making process. Alchemy unfolds as we play and explore through intuition, images, color, and creative expression, expanding into new possibilities, insights and the beauty of our authentic selves.

This event is virtual and will be held on Zoom.
