As the holiday season begins and your days get busy with holiday preparations and celebrations, it’s more important than ever to keep the spirit of gratitude in the forefront of our minds and hearts.
 
This Healthy Night Out will provide you with a beautiful reset for your mind and body. The slow flow yoga class led by Marianne will calm and settle your mind and body so that you have space to acknowledge and appreciate all that you have to be grateful for. It will include aromatherapy, gratitude journaling, inspirational poetry and yoga poses to open the heart chakra. You will leave feeling balanced and prepared to both give and receive in the weeks ahead.
