Puppy Yoga
Puppy Yoga
With Great Dog Rescue New England
Release Westborough
Friday, November 13th from 5:30 – 8:30 pm

Roll out your mat. Meet a puppy. Repeat.
We’re teaming up with Great Dog Rescue New England for an evening of gentle, all-levels yoga with a litter of adoptable rescue puppies loose in the studio. There is no way to take this class too seriously, and that’s rather the point. Expect a slow flow, a lot of laughing, and a very good chance of a puppy asleep on your mat before savasana.
GDRNE brings the pups, and makes sure every guest gets real puppy cuddle time and not just the people closest to the door. Their team will have a table set up with foster, adoption, and donation information, in case you fall in love. You probably will.
Your ticket includes full access to Bliss afterward: Himalayan salt room, red light sauna, eucalyptus steam room, cold plunge, and the outdoor mineral spa tub. Dinner from Tacoborough and drinks will be available for purchase.
You’re not just getting a night out. Most of what you pay goes directly to Great Dog Rescue New England, funding the vet care, transport, and foster homes behind every puppy in the room.
Schedule:
Puppy Yoga Session 1: 5:30 – 6 PM
Puppy Yoga Session 2: 6:15 – 6:45 PM
Bliss access included, with Tacoborough dinner and drinks available for purchase: 6 – 8:30 PM
Experts
Great Dog Rescue of New England

Great Dog Rescue New England (GDRNE) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit, shelterless, all-breed rescue group headquartered in Massachusetts. Our group is comprised of volunteers from all over New England who love dogs and want to help those that end up homeless through no fault of their own. Loyal and loving dogs turn up every day in New England and Southern shelters, as owners turn them in or they’re found roaming the streets after being dumped.
To the best of our abilities, we evaluate all of our Great Dogs’ temperament and suitability for living with other dogs, cats, and children. A dog’s health is checked, and we make sure they are up-to-date on all shots and are spayed or neutered. Then, we place them in loving foster homes until they find their very own family. Our goal is to meet the needs of each dog as an individual and to assure proper placement in a loving forever home.
