Discover the Release Contrast Method – An Evening of Wellness Awaits
Join us for a restorative evening designed to introduce you to the powerful practice of contrast therapy and leave you feeling refreshed and nourished.
Educational Workshop (5:30 – 6:30)
We’ll start with an in‑depth session that covers the essentials:
Contrast‑therapy fundamentals: Learn how alternating heat and cold enhances circulation, reduces inflammation and speeds recovery. We’ll share recommended temperature ranges and explain why sessions often alternate 10–15 minutes of heat with 2–4 minutes in a cold plunge.
Breathwork and mindset: Heather will teach breathing techniques and mindset preparation to help you stay calm and centered during cold immersion.
Hydration and nutrition: Get practical tips on staying hydrated during the evening and why it’s best to avoid heavy meals beforehand; after your sauna session, sip 16–24 oz of water with electrolytes (we’ll have options on hand).
Q&A and preparation: Have your questions answered and change into swimwear before we move to the spa area.
Release Contrast Method Session (6:30 – 7:30 PM)
Participants will enjoy one hour in Bliss. Groups of eight at a time will rotate through the guided hot‑and‑cold contrast experience with our facilitator. When you’re not in the rotation, you’ll be free to enjoy the rest of our Bliss amenities—like the Himalayan Salt Room, Sun Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room andRelaxation Lounge.
Dinner (7:30 – 8:30 PM)
We’ll end with a healthy, delicious dinner together in Tacoborough. Sit back, socialise and reflect on your experience over nourishing food and beverages.
Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot! We can’t wait to share this unique journey toward improved recovery, circulation and relaxation with you.

Her goal is to share any knowledge she gains in this area with others, so that they may lead their best life possible.
She can help you to identify road blocks that may be in the way of healing, and empowers her clients to take action on their own health journey through building new habits and creating long term changes.
Heather takes into account the complete health history, emotional state, and lifestyle habits of each person. She works in conjunction with other health practitioners to support her clients and refers out for additional support as appropriate.
