Bloom into Spring!!

As we welcome this wonderfully bright new season, freshen up your mind and body through Ayurvedic and yoga practices that help you bloom energetically. In Ayurveda, it is encouraged to start each new season with a cleanse. This helps eliminate toxins that may be stored in the body and accumulated over the past season. Increase your energy and vitality, relax the nervous system and mind, as well as reconnect to your natural state of balance.

Ayurveda views health as a harmonious balance of the body, mind, and spirit. The concept of doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) is central to Ayurveda, and they are considered the energetic forces that govern nature, various bodily functions and mental states.

Through the understanding of these doshas, we can create routines and practices that help us achieve optimal health! And when the qualities we find in nature and our bodies are balanced, we can look forward to a time of renewal and invigoration.

What this workshop includes:

1. Discourse and discussion on Ayurveda and how it can be used for optimal health.

2. How to utilize the qualities of nature in diet and self-care routines to better server your growth.

3. Heating practices and activities to prevent allergies and illnesses during the Spring

4. 60-minute yoga session designed to move and release stagnate energy stored within the body… think lots of twists and wringing out of toxins!

5. Sowing seeds of intention- using your new knowledge to create personal rituals that nourish your well being.

6. Ayurvedic tea and treat with sharing circle

Her classes are grounded in the path of Bhakti and Karma yoga where spaciousness is created to move into the heart and the body, to strengthen, heal and transform.
