Strength becomes You 3: Growing in Wisdom
Strength becomes You 3: Growing in Wisdom
With Kathleen Quinton
Release Westborough
Wednesday, November 18th from 6:00 – 8:30 pm

A workshop with author Kathleen Quinton.
Wisdom is often quieter than we expect.
It grows through experience, reflection, healing, and grace. Wisdom allows us to release old regrets, soften the walls we’ve built around ourselves, and recognize that we no longer have to carry every burden we’ve collected along the way.
As wisdom grows, something beautiful begins to happen. We begin to appreciate and accept ourselves more fully. Self-love doesn’t arrive all at once. It quietly grows as we learn to offer ourselves the same compassion we’ve so willingly given to others.
Together we’ll explore:
What resilience truly looks like in everyday life
Gratitude as a way of living rather than simply a feeling
Healthy boundaries that honor both yourself and others
Carrying life’s experiences forward as wisdom rather than regret
You’ll leave with a renewed appreciation for the wisdom you already carry, practical tools to continue growing, and a deeper sense of peace as you move forward with greater intention.
Then breathe a little deeper still: your registration includes optional Bliss access from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, a quiet close to the evening before the holiday season picks up speed. Stay, or head home. Your choice.
A fitting close to the series, and a lovely place to begin, if this is your first evening with us.
Schedule:
6:00 – 7:30 PM: Workshop with Kathleen
7:30 to 8:30 PM: Full Bliss access

Kathleen Quinton is the author of Strength Becomes You, Doubt to Confidence: Create Your Desired Life and Certified Life Coach. Along with her entrepreneurial mindset, her life’s purpose is to help people find and use their own amazing gifts to bring about their well-being, fulfillment, and success. Kathy believes that happiness resides in what we think about and how we pursue our personal and professional goals.
Purpose and Fulfillment is Beyond Fear
Individuals need to grow – physically, mentally, and emotionally–it’s an inborn human need. To progress, we must continue to acquire knowledge, find fulfillment and happiness, and contribute our gifts. For most people, it is not the lack of goals or motivation that stops them from evolving. Instead, the main impediment is the lack of clarity in their perspective, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. It can tend to become very jumbled.
That’s where a coach like Kathy steps in! She creates a space where the mind and the heart find objectivity, untangled from bias, noise, and self-doubt. Her approach is client-centric that involves:
- A balance of strategies-oriented humanistic coaching
- A positive psychology model and systematic and goal-oriented coaching
These holistic tactics help her clients rediscover and expand their existing strengths and overcome their doubts and fears to step out of their comfort zone. As a result, they are ready to develop realistic goals and action plans and work towards achieving them.
Kathy’s coaching methods challenge clients to change their perceptions and attitudes for enhanced clarity so that they can achieve tangible results.
Self-Discovery, Self-Direction, Purposeful Life.
It’s all about understanding your space in the universe and owning it! Kathy’s goal is to empower every client to realize their potential, develop an understanding of their natural skills, eliminate the noise, and work at their own pace, facilitating them to enhance their quality-of-life, giving them a direction to realize their dreams.
Kathy’s book Strength Becomes You focuses on how we can proactively shift our thinking from negative to positive as we work to create a fulfilled life. She’s also developed a supplemental workbook of concrete actions to help cement the changes and a Teen Journal to promote confidence building.
Along with her coaching books, Kathy is also the author of a children’s book series about a lovable bookmobile that comes to life and helps children discover mindfulness and the joy of reading. She firmly believes that the keys to knowledge should be available to all, no matter where they live.
Kathy currently lives in Massachusetts with her husband. She is a mother of three grown children and a grandmother of six.
