Join Coach Donne for our March Healthy Night Out!! Stretch and recovery are vital components to any exercise routine. Stretching can be your secret weapon to enhancing your muscle recovery and performance. Stretching improves muscle recovery, increases range of motion, increases muscle growth, reduces muscle pain, cramps and inflammation, and prevents injury. This full body deep stretch class will focus on using your breath to help to lengthen your muscles. You will learn new techniques and the importance of incorporating simple stretches into your weekly routine.
