Whether it be due to work, school, social obligations or just life in general, we all feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed sometimes.
Join Marianne Davis for a slow yoga flow with aromatherapy that will teach you how to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to quiet stress and anxiety, both on and off your yoga mat. Afterwards, enjoy light bites while learning about the benefits of essential oils and making your own take home essential oil inhaler and spray bottle. There will be lots of samples for you to try!
The evening culminates with one hour experiencing the healing power of Bliss, including the Himalayan Salt Room, Sun Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room and Spa Tub. Learn how to nurture your mind, body and spirit during this one of a kind event! Bring a yoga mat, and a swimsuit, cover up and sandals for Bliss.
Schedule for the Evening:
- 5:30pm – Yoga
- 6:30pm – Light Bites/Education and Make Your Own Essential Oil Inhaler and Spray Bottle
- 7:30pm – Bliss
- 8:30pm – Evening commences
Marianne is an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor.
Her classes are carefully designed to unite the body and the mind, incorporating the 8 Limbs of Yoga, so that the time on the mat prepares you for life off the mat. Slow flow includes options to challenge yourself or be a little more gentle with your body, depending on your needs.
