HIMALAYAN SALT ROOM

Salt has been used for healing since ancient times. The salt therapy room at Bliss is kept at a comfortable, ambient temperature accompanied by low humidity, bringing state-of-the-art technology and comfort to this time-honored technique. Salt therapy helps reduce stress, headaches, and inflammation while strengthening your respiratory tract, boosting energy and improving your sleep patterns.

SUN SAUNA

Experience “filtered sunshine” in our sun sauna, which includes natural full-spectrum light and near, mid and far infrared waves, without any harmful UV rays. When the light and infrared heat are combined, the benefits of each are increased exponentially. Healing benefits include increased natural vitamin D and serotonin production, detoxification, improved circulation, all while promoting deep muscle relaxation.

EUCALYPTUS STEAM ROOM

Early Greeks and Romans, Native Americans, Finns and Russians all understood the benefits of hot water vapor bathing. The release of toxins through sweat and deep breathing, combined with the healing powers of eucalyptus essential oils, will improve immunity, encourage decongestion and flush out impurities. An added bonus will be a noticeable improvement in your sleep and relaxation. The Eucalyptus Steam Room is kept at about 110 degrees. Please consult your physician if you have heart conditions, hemophilia, are pregnant or have an impaired ability to perspire.

OUTDOOR MINERAL SPA TUB

Relax and rejuvenate year-round in our outdoor, natural stone hot mineral spa pool. Take in the heavens above or watch snowflakes drift around you while staying comfortably immersed in the refreshing 105-degree spring water. Enjoy a deep-tissue water jet massage or just listen to the crickets from afar. Spread out and enjoy in the 9-person tiered, stone tub. Cozy up by the fire in our outside relaxation space or cool down under the misters artfully woven into the garden pergola.

RELAXATION ROOM

Reset in the aromatherapy Relaxation Room, which is designed for comfort and tranquility. Spacious lounge and club chairs await you and be sure to hydrate with the provided fruit and vegetable infused water or organic tea while you take in a good book or just close your eyes.

Spa Packages

Robes, sandals and towels are provided but we recommend bringing a bathing suit to enjoy the Eucalyptus Steam Room and Outdoor Mineral Spa Tub. Bliss is open to guests 13 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 13 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent. When you book an appointment online, please call to reserve your complimentary hour in Bliss.
