You can book through the Release MindBody app, online, or by phone at 508-986-2330.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your treatment.
A luxurious spa robe and sandals and 1 hour in Bliss before or after your appointment (including the indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, Himalayan Salt Room, Sun Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room, and Outdoor Hot Mineral Spa).
Bliss is optional, however, you will not be refunded for any part of your service if you choose not to use Bliss.
Yes. We require full payment at the time of booking via credit card. If you book online, you will be prompted to pay for your treatment at time of booking.
The standard gratuity for a spa treatment you enjoyed is 18% – 20%. You may leave gratuity via credit card or cash upon check out, or you may give your therapist gratuity in the therapy room.
Spa appointments, workshops, or retreats may be canceled up to 24 hours prior without penalty. Appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No Show appointments will be charged 100%. To cancel you should call our concierge at 508-986-2330.
Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that we must stay on schedule and your treatment must end on time.
We do not massage in the first trimester, but once you have entered your second trimester, a prenatal massage is an amazing way to relieve lower back pain, ease tension and stress, and release endorphins. You can have a facial at any time during your pregnancy. Pregnancy can bring on hormonal skin changes, and our expert estheticians can guide you through it.
Yes! We have fully stocked locker rooms with showers and towels.
Spa Guests must be 13 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 13 and 17 must have the written consent of a parent or guardian and they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in Bliss. Guests between the ages of 13 and 17 may only be scheduled with female providers.
Please notify the concierge at the time you are making your appointments and your therapist at the beginning of your treatment. Some of our treatment rooms are located on the second floor of the historical Nathan Fisher House and would require going up a flight of stairs. If this does not suit you, we will book you on the first level of the Sanctuary building.

Yes, we require all guests to shower off before entering the outdoor hot mineral spa.
Therapy sessions in our Himalayan salt room last 25 minutes and require nothing more than deep breathing and relaxation. You are encouraged to sit back, unwind and breathe deeply as the micro-particles of the pure salt are dispersed into the air, entering your airways to naturally cleanse and detoxify your lungs, sinuses and air passages. You will hear the sound of the halo-generator dispersing the salt in the air throughout the treatment.
Yes, we do! Group spa events, as well as corporate and leisure events, are available at our location or at an off site venue of your choosing. Contact Linda@releasewellbeingcenter.com for more information.
Bliss
Bliss includes a relaxation area, the Himalayan Salt Room, Sun Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room, and outdoor hot Mineral Spa.
Appointments include one hour in Bliss before or after your appointment, including access to all amenities. If you purchase one of our spa packages (a day of Release, a mini day of Release, or a Release signature duo massage package) you will have access to Bliss for a half day that corresponds with your appointment.
There is no right or wrong order. You can start and end with any of the therapies.
If you are using Bliss, we recommend a swim suit or shorts and a shirt. We will provide you with a robe and spa sandals.
Yes, all of the therapies in Bliss are co-ed.
Yes, Bliss half day passes are available for $60. If you are having a spa treatment, 60 minutes of Bliss is included in your experience.
Yes, you do have to book and pay for Bliss in advance. You can call our concierge team at 508-986-2330 to assist you with booking.
No, you can freely access the experiences without scheduling each room. However, you must still schedule your time and pay for Bliss in advance.
Yes, we ask that all guests please keep conversations at a low volume to ensure an environment of tranquility and relaxation for all guests.
Our spa promotes an environment of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and peace. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is kept at your discretion, we ask that you silence your phone.
Guests must be 13 years of age or older to access Bliss. Guests 13 through 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
Food is not permitted in Bliss. Outside alcohol is also not permitted.
Classes
We suggest workout clothes that you can bend, stretch, and move in without restriction. Yoga classes are done barefoot on a yoga mat. We recommend Barre socks for our Barre classes (available for purchase in our boutique). Sneakers are required for Fitness and Cycle classes.
In order to reserve a spot in class we require payment at the time of booking. You can pay for one individual class, or apply your membership or class pass at the time of booking.
For the safety of yourself and others, guests are not permitted to enter class more than 15 minutes after it starts.
Pre-booked Yoga, Fitness and Meditation classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to class time without penalty. Classes cancelled within a three hour window will not be refunded. Member cancellation policy is as follows: Pre-booked Yoga, Fitness and Meditation classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to class time without penalty. Classes cancelled within a three hour window will receive no charge for first miss per calendar month, $10 for second miss per calendar month, $20 for 3rd and any additional misses per calendar month.
Waitlist Policy: If you are not in class when it starts, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
You may purchase a class drop in online, through our app, or in person. You can also purchase a class pass or sign up for membership at our location.
A single class expires after 1 month, a 10 class pass expires after 6 months, and a 20 class pass expires after 12 months. Class passes are non refundable and non transferable.
No. You may not transfer or share class passes.
If you are doing yoga, we encourage you to bring a mat. We also offer mat rentals for $2.
Yes, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class begins and check in at the concierge desk.
For our regular guests and members, once you are pregnant you may continue to take classes, and just reduce the intensity levels as needed. Always inform your teacher before class that you are pregnant, and they will cue you on the proper modifications during class. If you have not been regularly exercising, we don’t recommend getting started with a brand new exercise routine during pregnancy. We ask all expecting guests to obtain approval from your doctor giving you permission to exercise during pregnancy.
Any guest under the age of 18 can take any yoga or fitness class with their parent or alone with the parent’s written consent. Younger children under the age of 13 may take classes with the parents discretion and supervision at all times.
Beginners are always welcome! We offer a variety of classes, many of which are suitable for all levels. Our instructors are able to accommodate beginners. Please read the class descriptions for more information. If you have specific questions or would like more guidance, give us a call at 508-986-2330.
We understand that unexpected injuries and medical conditions may temporarily hinder our members’ ability to participate in our classes or programs. To accommodate such situations, we offer a Medical Freeze option to pause the expiration of class passes or memberships. However, to ensure the fair and appropriate use of this option, we have established the following policy:
Medical Freeze Eligibility:
Doctor’s Note Requirement: To be eligible for a Medical Freeze, you must provide a valid doctor’s note within two weeks of your initial medical consultation for the injury or medical condition that prevents them from participating in our classes or programs. No exceptions.
Doctor’s Note Details:The doctor’s note must include the following information:
– Full name and date of birth.
– Date of the medical consultation.
– A clear statement from the healthcare provider confirming the member’s injury or medical condition and its severity.
– The anticipated duration of the member’s recovery or recommended timeframe for abstaining from physical activities.
– The healthcare provider’s contact information for verification purposes.
1. To request a Medical Freeze, members must submit their doctor’s note to christi@
2. The request will be reviewed, and if the doctor’s note meets the eligibility criteria, the Medical Freeze will be granted. The freeze duration will begin from the date of the medical consultation.
3. In cases where the requested freeze duration exceeds the initial time frame provided in the doctor’s note, members may be required to provide updated documentation to extend the freeze period.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Medical Freezes are granted solely for medical reasons that prevent members from participating in our classes or programs.
2. Members with active Medical Freezes are not entitled to attend classes, and the freeze duration does not count toward the expiration of their class pass or membership.
3. Failure to provide a valid doctor’s note within the stipulated two-week timeframe will result in the denial of the Medical Freeze request.
Gift Cards
We sell gift cards as wonderful gifts for any special occasion or celebration. Gift cards can be used toward any service or offering at Release. You can put them toward a spa package, membership, delicious food at the cafe, or an item in our boutique! Gift cards can be used as tender at checkout.
To redeem gift cards online use the Release branded app. After installing the app onto your mobile device, create a username and password or use the login username and password you use on Mindbody.
