Our innovative and varied fitness programming offers workout options for every body. Our group exercise classes—such as barre, cycling, Pilates, Bollywood dancing, and yoga bootcamp— are as fun as they are effective. We also offer coached workouts with flexible drop in hours throughout the day. This training option gives our guests the attention and dedication of having a personal trainer without the high price. The workouts change daily and will be tailored to the specific needs and desires of each guest to ensure an optimal workout experience.
At Release we all work together so your experience is exceptional and personal. We incorporate all aspects of wellness into a roadmap for health and well-being—including exercise, diet, recovery and relaxation—to help you reach your goals as safely and effectively as possible. Our fitness instructors tap into their wealth of knowledge—including tried-and-true methods and the latest research to teach you how to exercise safely, which equipment to use, the benefits of cardio and strength training, and how to develop a personalized program that incorporates both. The café staff at Release will work with you to help you understand what your body needs to fuel and recover from your workout. Our expert yoga instructors will help you increase your flexibility, mental clarity and sense of calm. Expedite recovery from a workout or injury in our spa with a sports massage or with the heat and light therapies. Our coaching team is on hand to integrate and guide all of these wellness offerings, working with you to design a customized program that is specifically designed to meet your overall health and wellness goals. This tailored program incorporates specific aims for fitness, such as weight reduction, muscle endurance or injury recovery. They can also provide strategies to incorporate mindfulness into your program to get the most from every workout.
