A Gentle Invitation to Reset, Reflect and Return to Yourself

The holiday season is filled with light, celebration, and connection but it can also be a time of stress, noise, and overwhelm. At Release, we believe December doesn’t have to mean burnout. Instead, it can be an opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly matters.
As part of our Calm December offerings, we invite you to All Is Calm: Healthy Night Out this Friday, December 5. Guided by the deeply grounding presence of Julie Cedrone, this evening experience is crafted to be a sanctuary from the rush, a place where you can breathe, move gently, and remember the quiet strength within you.
“This night is not about doing more,” says Julie, “It’s about unwinding the layers, easing the mind, and coming home to your heart. In the hush of early December, we gather to create space for joy, for rest, for breath.”
The evening will include restorative yoga, meditation, and a simple ritual to mark your intention for the season ahead. The room will be dimly lit, the energy calm, the movement slow. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a steady practice, this night is for anyone seeking peace and presence amid burnout.
Leighann Dreyer, Release’s Membership and Programming Manager, shares: “We want to give our community more than just another item on the calendar. This is a night to truly land, reflect, and reset. We’re proud to offer programs that support well-being in a real, sustainable way during a busy time of year.”
All Is Calm is just one offering in our broader Calm December Plan, a curated series of workshops, classes, and experiences designed to help you care for your nervous system, your body, and your spirit this season.
Because the greatest gift you can give yourself, and others is your own presence.
