Philosophy
Trying to get great results without having fundamental skills and a consistent, repeatable process is like trying to win a marathon by having someone drive you to the finish line. I take pride in teaching my clients how to practice good nutritional habits that will stay with them for years to come.
Flexible Dieting
The simple approach of eating within your specific daily macronutrient targets is where I begin all of my clients. This non-restrictive approach allows the flexibility to eat foods that are not foreign to you which in turn helps sustainability. CLients are assigned a certain number of protein, carbohydrate, and fat grams to consume and track each day. Clients check in via email each week in which I evaluate their nutritional diaries (usually on the MyFitnessPal app), bodily responses, and challenges.
About Cyndy
I have been practicing in the Health and Wellness field for over 30 years. My career as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer allowed me the opportunity to practice as the Agencies Fitness Coordinator in which I took every opportunity to further my education in the Wellness field. Since retiring over 15 years ago, I have continued to educate myself and apply my knowledge and practices with clients all over the world. Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than watching my clients transform physically and mentally while teaching them the simple practice of a sustainable and successful nutrition plan.

Cyndy has 30 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry.
She has trained a wide variety of clients, from those with zero experience to elite athletes. Cydny specializes in functional fitness, strength training, metabolic training, and nutrition. She is also trained in how to combine these variables for full body transformations.
Cyndy utilizes her knowledge to create the best programming and the most comfortable environment for members to reach optimal health and wellness. Cyndy is passionate about sharing her knowledge; nothing makes her happier than leading clients down a path of long term success.
