Jessica started off her career in occupational therapy working with adults and children with physical and developmental disabilities. Focusing on core strength and muscle development to see improvement in balance for quality movement. This transitioned into an interest and passion that has brought her into the fitness Industry for the past 20 years. First as a yoga instructor and Fitness Instructor. Then she expanded her education to include personal training and Nutrition Coaching.
She enjoys working with a variety of clients and bringing the nutrition and exercise together into a routine that is not only possible to maintain, but becomes lifestyle that feels great. Jessica believes that meals should be enjoyable and satisfying and can also be nutritious and beneficial. She will take some time to get to know you. She will help you create attainable goals and then work with you to make a plan to help make your goals into a reality.
As a nutrition coach Jessica takes into account people’s lifestyle and individual challenges, along with preferences and habits to help them make simple sustainable changes over time to meet and maintain their goals. She will focus on total caloric intake, give food and recipe recommendations, and nutritional education.
