Release Well-Being Center is the ultimate environment for holistic healing.

Nourishing all of the parts of our whole selves, including physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual, is essential in maintaining a happy and healthy life. Neglecting even one piece will affect your overall well being.

We often prioritize caring for our families, friends, work, and community before we make the time to take care of ourselves. If this pattern of neglect continues, your overall health and wellbeing will deteriorate rapidly. But when you make time for yourself, you will be able to show up in the world with increased energy, focus, and patience. Everyone around you will benefit!

Release Well Being Center provides the guidance, support, and amenities to integrate wellness as a whole, so you are able to take that time and satisfy each part of yourself. It is important to take advantage of all five “petals” offered in order to enhance your own journey of self-realization. At the center of all of these offerings is YOU, with the Release team supporting you with expertise and encouragement. Our providers are experts in diet and nutrition, fitness buffs, yoga masters, massage therapists, estheticians, coaches and energy workers. They will help you learn and grow while still holding you accountable. Furthermore, we want to encourage self-care through our state-of-the-art spa. We even have some retail therapy so you can personally pick out the right gear!

We are all unique, so your journey to self-care will be specific to your own personal needs and goals. At Release, we will help you tune in to yourself and notice which wellness modalities fuel you versus which might deplete you. We want you to find what feels good and what works best, so that you are able to build healthy habits, leading to a vibrant life!

The five “petals” are essential in maintaining health and fulfillment. Through movement, mindfulness, recovery, nourishment, and discovery, we are able to nurture every part of ourselves and live well.

Movement

Moving your body in some way is essential not only to your physical wellness, but also to cultivating a happy mind and soul. Whether you’re training for a marathon, taking a pilates class, or just walking the dog, endorphins release into your body, providing you with a sense of “feeling good”.

Mindfulness

In a world where we are constantly multitasking and moving from one thing to the next, being focused is difficult for many.

Practicing mindfulness is so important for the wellness of the mind and spirit, as this is when you allow yourself to truly be in the moment. You might use guided meditations or practice mantras on your own, but the benefits are the same. It is essential to take the time to focus on yourself and your breath; it allows you to become present in your own life. Being kind to your mind and your soul is as important as taking care of your physical body.

At Release, we offer various opportunities for mindfulness, including Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation.

Recovery

Providing your body with time to recover and heal is crucial to maintaining physical and mental wellness. 

Body treatments support specific health concerns as well as boost overall wellness. Food and nutrition are major components; to function at an optimal level, you must provide yourself with proper fuel. Taking time to rest throughout your day and get a good night’s sleep will make the recovery of your body and mind come full circle.

Nourishment

Nourishing your physical self by intentionally consuming whole, nutritious foods is crucial. Additionally, we must cultivate positive nourishment for our mind and spirit as well.

Maintaining healthy relationships, surrounding yourself with a community, and letting go of negative self-talk will help nourish the parts of ourselves we so often neglect. Make a friend in a class, work with our team, and dine at Nourish Cafe to satisfy all the parts of yourself in need of nourishment.

Discovery

Learning about what’s best for your individual self is essential in maintaining your personal health and happiness journey. 

Bio-individuality speaks to the fact that each person will have a unique set of wellness habits, preferences, and routines they are able to utilize. There is no “one size fits all” wellbeing program for everyone – not everyone has the same diet, fitness level, or goals.
