Dear Release Community

I hope you and your families are healthy and safe during this difficult time.

As you probably know, Massachusetts is beginning its 4-phase approach to reopening the Commonwealth. Since Release is a wellness center with multiple offerings, we fall into all of the four phases with different dates for yoga and fitness classes, spa treatments, etc, and specific protocols for each.

As we reopen, we will follow all of the state mandates and have all processes approved by the Westborough Board of Health. Our top concern is guest safety.

Phase 1: May 25th-

Beginning May 25th we will offer three LIVE outdoor classes per day: one fitness, one cycle and one yoga/meditation. We have measured and marked appropriate social distanced spaces appropriate for our outdoor yoga, fitness and cycling areas, and we have instituted protocols for safety and comfort. These include:

Prior to class, instructors will self-certify to their manager that they have no symptoms of Covid 19 and have not had close contact with anyone with Covid 19.
Class sizes will be limited to a maximum of 10 participants including the instructor.
You are required to wear a mask as you enter and exit the grounds.
You may continue to wear your mast or remove it for class participation once you are on your bike or in your assigned space.
Only staff may enter the buildings at this time so bathroom facilities are not available.
You must register for classes in advance and prepay so no currency is exchanged. You may participate in the live outside classes utilizing a membership that includes that class type, $20 drop in pass, or 10 and 20 class passes. Live stream memberships and live stream drop ins may not be used for these classes.
You must sign a new waiver electronically before participating in classes.
The outdoor classes will not be live streamed or recorded. We will continue to offer our current Live Stream of 36 weekly classes with links to recordings that are accessible for 48 hours.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Nourish Cafe is open for takeout only. All orders must be prepaid to ensure that there is no exchange of currency. The café will be available for pre orders to be prepared to take home after your workout. Place orders before class and they will be ready to take home after your workout.
Retail is also available through our MindBody Online Shopping and may be picked up curbside.

Phase 2 and Beyond…

If health data trends remain favorable, we may re-open our facility to the public and begin to offer Spa Services as soon as June 8 (Phase 2). We will institute a phased opening, with one hour of Bliss on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays to start.

If health data trends remain favorable, we may open 7 days a week as soon as June 29 (Phase 3).

When the facility re-opens, we will be following extensive sanitation requirements; more details will be provided when Phase 2 begins.

Our team is amazing, our community is amazing, and with adaptability, strength and unity we will emerge from this even better!

A huge shout out to all of you who are still working to run the front lines! The Release family sends gratitude to our doctors, nurses, first responders, police, fire, grocery stores, pharmacies, airports and all others that are serving daily! Thank you!!

Please reach out with questions, concerns and ideas. We will be actively incorporating feedback from our members, employees and guest to further refine our procedures as needed. More specific information can be found on our web site. https://releasewellbeingcenter.com/about-us/.

Thank you for being a part of this amazing community and I look forward to welcoming you back when you are ready.

With a deep bow of gratitude,
