Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday. It’s a time to enjoy family and friends without the pressure of gift giving, to reflect on people, things and experiences for which we are grateful. OH YEA – and of course, the biggest and BEST feast of the year! While most of us strive to eat well every day, sometimes there is a YOLO (You Only Live Once) feeling when faced with all of those delicious dishes on the table that you don’t see every day. You know, the stuffing, the mashed potatoes, and let’s not forget about that gravy! All of this temptation can derail even the most strong willed, leaving us feeling bloated and foggy the next day. One way to quickly get back on track is to start your day with a nutrient dense breakfast. How about a delicious green smoothie! Loaded with leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, and creamy avocado, Nourish Cafe’s green smoothie is good for you and tastes great. It will set you in the right direction for the day, whether you’re shopping, decorating, working or exercising!
