Recipe of the Week: Nourish Chicken Salad

Our new Nourish Chicken Salad is already a hot item on our café menu. Served over mixed greens, purple cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes and shredded carrots, along with our Nathan Fisher House dressing, it makes a healthy and delicious lunch.

Now you can make it at home when you’re not able to visit Nourish. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Chopped cooked chicken
  • Diced red onion
  • Diced celery


  • Greek yogurt
  • Dijon mustard
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Onion powder

Combine dressing ingredients to your taste. Toss chicken/red onion/celery mixture in the dressing. Layer on your favorite salad and enjoy!
