Brian Asacker, Small Group Personal Training

Brian is an instructor in our Small Group Personal Training program. This offering is designed to give anyone at any level a high degree of personalized attention as they work toward their wellness goals, but also allow them to tap into the energy of a group as they push themselves.

Why do you do what you do? And why do you do it at Release?

This work is my passion because I have realized the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, weight reduction and strengthening the body during my own personal journey, and now want to help others achieve their goals.

Release is an amazing place to work because it is such a wonderful environment. Everyone here lives the center’s mission and is focused on body, mind and spirit, which all need to come together for wellness.

 If you could do anything else for work, what would it be?

I’d love to be a preacher. It’s similar to what I do now, in that you can help people reach their goals and find their own strength.

What’s the first thing you notice about someone?

The first thing I notice when I meet someone is their smile!
