Release Well-Being Center is now open and welcomes Westborough to attend the Adult Open House on Saturday, January 28.

The much anticipated Release Well-Being Center is now open and will be holding an Adult Open House Saturday, January 28th from Noon-5:00pm! Release invites the community to explore its state-of-the-art facility, meet and greet providers, enjoy homemade refreshments, and take advantage of special membership pricing.

Owner Linda Townsend and her team are looking forward to sharing all that Release has to offer. “We’re thrilled to bring a center that promotes holistic well-being to Metrowest.” “said Townsend. “We believe there’s something for everyone at Release to get them on the path to well-being or help them along their journey.”

The day will include tours, mini-experiences and fun contests led by the world-class Yoga, Fitness, Spa, Wellness Education and Coaching providers and Nourish Cafe team. Release will showcase its diverse and transformational classes including Cycling, MELT, Bollywood Dancing Kundalini, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, as well as blissful treatments designed to help you release what doesn’t serve you and optimize your well-being.

The 11,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility consists of two buildings: the historic Nathan Fisher House and a new 7,000-square-foot wellness building, Sanctuary. The Nathan Fisher House is the setting for the Nourish Cafe, an intimate yoga and wellness education studio, a boutique and administrative and coaching offices. Sanctuary features another boutique, a 1500 square foot heated yoga studio (which can comfortably fit over 60 mats) a high-tech fitness studio, fully-stocked locker rooms, and a luxurious spa which includes a Himalayan Salt Room, Eucalyptus Steam Room, 10,000 Lux Sun Sauna, Private Infrared Sauna, and Outdoor Hot Mineral Spa. The beautifully landscaped grounds include an outdoor yoga and fitness space, meditation garden, tranquility garden, and fire pit for outside events.
