We are told time and again we should meal prep ahead of time, but let’s be honest – who has the time to plan, shop and prepare great food these days?
Let The Nourish Café chefs at Release do all the work for you. The Nourish meal options will help you feel your best and meet your personal goals for weight loss and performance.

- Available Monday – Friday
- Full-Week Orders must be placed before 1:00pm on Saturday.
- Single-Day Orders for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday must be placed before 1:00pm on Sunday.
- Single-Day Orders for Thursday or Friday must be placed before 1:00pm on Wednesday.
- Order online or by calling 508-986-2330.
- $200 for the full week, $45 per day.
- Daily pickups anytime after 3:30 pm the day before or anytime after 7 am the day of.
- For Full-Week Orders, the first 3 days of meals will be available for pickup starting at 3:30pm on Sunday, and the last two will be available for pickup after 3:30pm on Wednesday. Meals can also be picked up on the day of.
