We also offer Aerial Yoga, Yin, Kundalini and Iyengar. If you are seeking stress relief and restorative offerings we have Release and Restore and Salt Room Pranayama. Join our amazing teachers and start the journey into you! We offer Unheated, Mild Heat and Hot options. Classes are all levels and beginners are welcome and encouraged!

All Levels Flow | No Heat, Mild Heat or Hot
Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. A sun salutation sequence is a more complex vinyasa. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath.
Candlelight Flow | Warm | All Levels
Warmed by the soft light of candles, experience a reconnection with yourself as you flow slowly through postures that cultivate strength in the body and bring peace to the mind. Class closes with a gentle restorative pose that integrates body, mind and spirit encourages harmony and balance on and off the mat.
Gentle Yoga | No Heat or Mild Heat | All Levels
In this quiet and meditative yoga class, you will be guided through poses that are appropriate to your level of practice and encouraged to make moment-to-moment personal adjustments. By combining breath and movement with compassion and awareness, the body and mind will be restored to a more peaceful state. This is a no heat class. All levels are welcome.
Hot Flow | All Levels
A mindful hot vinyasa flow class with smooth transitions and purposeful poses to help build endurance, strength, and flexibility while connecting mindfully to the breath. All levels.
Hot Power | Recommended for mid to advanced levels
Hot Power is a vigorous hot vinyasa class with smooth transitions and purposeful poses to help build endurance, strength, and flexibility while connecting mindfully to the breath. Similar to our Hot Flow classes, but with more flow and at a faster pace. A towel, water and light clothing is recommended. Class will close with a relaxing savasana and a cooling compress placed over the eyes and forehead.
Beginner Aerial | All Levels
This Beginner Class is designed to introduce students to Aerial Yoga and get them comfortable moving in the silks. The benefits of this yoga inspired class may include include realignment of the spine, reduction in back pain, increased flexibility and strength and improved blood circulation. Sign up in advance, space is limited.

Slow Flow | Mild Heat | All Levels
In this yoga class, we are unifying breath, mind and body with slow controlled movements, mindful transitions and stillness. We will explore the subtleties of our practice to identify and undo habitual patterns of movement to create a balance of strength, stability and mobility. Each class is unique, and we will go deeper into a family of postures or movement. Suitable for all levels
Iyengar Basics | No Heat | All Levels
This style is named after Sri. B.K.S. Iyengar, who has been developing this teaching method and practice for over 60 years. Iyengar yoga focuses on classic postures with a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body.
This therapeutic method is appropriate for anyone – regardless of age, degree of health or other perceived limitations. In addition to building and strength and flexibility, Iyengar yoga can help increase your ability to focus, observe, be present and relax. This moderately paced class is appropriate for beginners, as well as for seasoned students seeking to review classic poses. Students will learn basic standing, seated, twisting, back bending and inverted postures that are the foundation of the Iyengar method.

This gentle yoga and guided meditation class is the perfect way to unwind after your day and prepare your body for sleep. Receive the health benefits of the Himalayan Salt Room while being guided through yoga breathing techniques and gentle yoga poses designed to release the back, tight hips, and shoulders before sleep. Wear clothing you don’t mind getting salty! We suggest shorts and short sleeves so the salt can work to detoxify the skin. Please pre-register and arrive early to secure your spot.
Kundalini Yoga | No Heat | All Levels
Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness is a unique, powerful tool and ancient technology designed to give you the experience of your soul. In Kundalini classes we exercise, meditate and use mantra to help raise our kundalini energy and experience the infinite, connecting us with our true nature. Laurie Tosti is a 200 hour KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She was trained by Hari Kaur, who was recently named one of the top ten yoga teachers in the West.
Release and Restore | Yoga and Reiki | Mild Heat
A Restorative Yoga class with Reiki offered during the practice. This is an invitation to take time for yourself, with an emphasis on deep relaxation and releasing all that no longer serves you. This practice is relaxing and passive- with poses practiced on the floor and supported with bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This support helps to release tension as you breathe through gentle sequences designed to relax muscles and free the spine. Great for beginners as well as those who would like to reduce stress and experience relief from injuries, chronic pain and tightness. Stefanie offers a gentle, physical touch of Reiki during the poses. Reiki is a safe method to deepen the relaxation process.

Salt Room meets Release and Restore in this 45 minute Restorative Yoga class with Reiki offered during the practice. This is an invitation to take time for yourself, with an emphasis on deep relaxation and releasing all that no longer serves you. Cycle Yoga Fusion | No Heat | All Levels
CycleYoga Fusion is a combination of Cycle and Yoga. This 60min class will consist of 30min Cardio, followed by 30min of a yoga stretching flow. All levels welcome. Please bring Cycle shoes or sneakers, a mat and water.
Yoga Sculpt | No Heat | All Levels
YogaSculpt is a total body fusion workout blending yoga and fitness. Class uses light hand held weights for added strength in select segments and will include attention to core strength. Plan to sweat, smile and leave energized! Great for all levels.
Yoga and Mindfulness for Children | Ages 5 -9 | All Levels
This class creatively invites young children to flow and find happiness in the moment. When children take time to breathe and connect to their bodies it can have a positive impact on behavior, mood, and focus. Through the use of stories, movement, group games, art activities, and deep relaxation children will gain confidence, self-awareness, a sense of community, inner and outer strength all in an enjoyable, safe, be yourself, no judgement environment.
Yin Yoga | No Heat | All Levels
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice in which poses are held for longer periods of time (from 2 minutes to 10 depending on the pose). Physically, the long passive poses lengthen and strengthen the fascia and enhance the flow of Qi. We also develop mental strength and balance using mindfulness to maintain awareness in the present moment.

Yoga Foundations |
Calling all beginners! Join Jen for a monthly basics class, perfect for those new or returning to yoga as well as students with experience who want to fine tune their practice. Each class will begin with simple breathing techniques to help de stress and prepare for movement. During Sun Salutations we will break down Chaturanga Dandasana (low plank) and then move on to basic yoga poses with proper alignment and modifications. This class will focus on building strength and flexibility as well as resting when needed. Students will leave class with the knowledge of yoga breath, basic poses and how to modify these poses to feel comfortable in any of the Flow Classes at Release. Sign up early, space is limited!
Any guest ages 12 -17 can take any yoga or fitness class with their parent or guardian or alone but with the parent’s written consent.
Pre-booked Yoga, Fitness and Meditation classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to class time without penalty. Classes cancelled within a three hour window will not be refunded. Member cancellation policy is as follows: Pre-booked Yoga, Fitness and Meditation classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to class time without penalty. Classes cancelled within a three hour window will receive no charge for first miss per calendar month, $10 for second miss per calendar month, $20 for 3rd and any additional misses per calendar month. Waitlist Policy: If you are not in class when it starts, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.

Sun Sauna Meditation
Living in New England there is no better way to get your vitamin D than to spend some time in the Sun Sauna. Receive the healthy benefits of light therapy while being guided through yoga breathing and meditation techniques. Wear clothes you do not mind getting sweaty. The only requirement from you is a reservation. Afterwards continue your detoxification with 10a Hot Flow!
