Yoga
All Levels Flow | Mild Heat or No Heat

Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. A sun salutation sequence is a more complex vinyasa. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath. Mild heat or warm classes are heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit while non heated classes are at room temperature.
Power Yoga | Heated or No Heat | Recommended for Intermediate and Advanced Levels

Power Yoga is a vigorous vinyasa class with smooth transitions and purposeful poses to help build endurance, strength, and flexibility while connecting mindfully to the breath. Similar to our Hot Flow classes, but with more flow and at a faster pace. A towel, water and light clothing is recommended. Heated classes will close with a relaxing savasana and a cooling compress placed over the eyes and forehead.
Gentle Yoga | Mild Heat or No Heat | All Levels

In this quiet and meditative yoga class, you will be guided through poses that are appropriate to your level of practice and encouraged to make moment-to-moment personal adjustments. By combining breath and movement with compassion and awareness, the body and mind will be restored to a more peaceful state.
Aerial Yoga | All Levels
The Aerial all levels class will set the foundation for your aerial practice. Learn the basics of using aerial silks, integrating strength and core work, while safely building to more advanced poses. Whether you are brand new to aerial or an advanced practitioner this is an exciting, fun and challenging option. Sign up in advance, space is limited. You can also check out our kids aerial options!

A dynamic yoga flow class designed to engage, strengthen, and stabilize your core. A strong core promotes a healthy back, improves balance and posture, and decreases the risk of injury. Whether you are a cyclist, runner, yogi, or all of the above, this class is for you.
Yoga Nidra | All Levels
Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal and rejuvenate at core levels. Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery, and other practices, the class is systematically guided on a meditation journey through each of the 5 levels of our whole being called the koshas. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Perfect for all levels.
Iyengar Basics | No Heat | All Levels
Iyengar is a form of Hatha Yoga founded by B.K.S. Iyengar. that has an emphasis on detail, precision, and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama).
Development of strength, mobility, and stability is gained through the asanas. By paying close attention to anatomical details and the alignment of each posture, Iyengar Yoga is the practice of precision. Poses are held for long periods and often modified with props. This method is designed to systematically cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and awareness, and can be therapeutic for specific conditions.
Iyengar Yoga often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, bolsters and blankets, as aids in performing asanas (postures). The props enable students to perform the asanas correctly, minimizing the risk of injury or strain, and making the postures accessible to all age groups.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF IYENGAR YOGA?
- Improve physical and psychological health
- Alleviate postural/structural problems
- Release emotional tension
- Increase focus and concentration
- Increase your energy
- Reconnect with your body and breath
- Bring intelligence and clarity to all parts of the body and mind.
Flow and Restore | No Heat

A restorative class that allows you to take time for yourself with an emphasis on deep relaxation while releasing what no longer serves you. This practice uses modified poses to provide the body more support. The support helps release tension while moving through gentle sequences designed to relax muscles and relax the spine. Great for beginners as well as those who would like to reduce stress. Experience relief from injuries, chronic pain and tightness.
Yin Yoga | No Heat | All Levels

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice in which poses are held for longer periods of time (from 2 to 10 minutes). Physically, the long passive poses lengthen and strengthen fascia and enhance the flow of Qi. We also develop mental strength and balance using mindfulness to maintain awareness in the present moment.
Meditation
Free 10 Minute Meditations

Take a moment from your day with one of our 10 minute meditations. Each meditation is unique and is a great way to foster mindfulness. Experience breathing techniques, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra and more. All are welcome.

Private Training

Release was voted the Best of the Best in MetroWest for Yoga Studio and Personal Training in 2020!
One-on-One and Semi-Private Yoga Training
Private and semi-private yoga lessons are a phenomenal approach to taking one’s yoga practice to the next level – or even if you’re just getting started and want to make sure that you’re building your practice up from a solid foundation. Instead of following along with a yoga instructor in a class setting where they are trying to cater to a wide variety of needs, a private lesson allows you to set specific goals and plans to help you achieve a greater understanding of how your individual body works with asanas, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness. One-on-one interactions can aid in understanding individual anatomy and physiology to maximize your practice. Maybe you want to deepen your practice; maybe you have pain or injury that you would like to learn how to work with; maybe you are simply new to yoga and you want to learn the poses through nuanced instruction. No matter your reason, the results will include a deeper practice, a greater level of confidence, and fewer complications and limitations in your everyday activities.
One-on-One Training
Working one on one with an experienced yoga instructor will zero in on your personal goals based on your health, body, limitations, lifestyle and experience.
With private yoga lessons, you’ll zero in on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle. Private yoga instruction can help you perfect the basics and expand your yoga practice.
One on One Private Training offers:
- Greater flexibility for scheduling. You will get to train on the days and times that are best for you, rather than during normally scheduled classes.
- Work on specific techniques to increase flexibility, build strength, and improve alignment in order to master challenging asanas
- Cultivate a therapeutic practice to manage issues like insomnia, low back pain, or anxiety.
- Improve athletic performance more rapidly yet safely
- Your instructor will show you proper form or modifications to use in your practice, tailoring specific adjustments and perfect form in fundamental poses.
Rates and hours available upon request.
Semi-Private Training
Our semi-private fitness trainings are open to up to 4 participants, and offer the benefits of working one-on-one with one of our award-winning yoga instructors at an even better price point. The comprehensive program begins with an intake session for each member of your group to establish baselines, note any injuries and preferences, and to set goals for your individualized personal programs. During subsequent sessions, each of you will work at your own pace to meet your personal goals, with the guidance and accountability of the instructor and the other members of your group.
Semi-Private Training offers:
- Greater flexibility for scheduling. You will get to train on the days and times that are best for you, rather than during normally scheduled classes.
- You will feel safe because in a small group there is room to increase social distance. You can also choose to workout only with those in your personal bubble, or those whose lifestyle choices during the pandemic are ones you feel comfortable with.
- The group dynamic makes the workouts fun and more successful. People are statistically more likely to attain their goals when they work with a group.
- The individualized attention your receive in one on one training. The small number of participants allows the trainer to offer each member of the group specific guidance on form and appropriate weights, as well as any modifications needed.
Cost: Members $35 per session
Non-members $45 per session.
All payments are on a 4-week basis in order to make the commitment and to secure your spot.
The following Yoga Instructors are available for one-on-one private and semi-private trainings:
Jeannie Costabile, Rebecca Dybala, Gina Mandella, Laura Mayhew and Eileen Nikopoulos.
