Junny has been working as a massage therapist for over 8 years and 6 years at Release Well-Being Center. Junny is a natural healer who intuitively knows how to find every area that needs attention. Clients leave feeling healed and satisfied with increased mobility after each session. Junny was trained as a massage therapist at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Her areas of expertise include Myofascial Release, Swedish Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Hotstone, and Cranial Sacral Therapy. In addition, she integrates Aroma Therapy, CBD, Hot/Cold Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Palermo, and KOS into her practice.

Poppy Marie

Poppy is a graduate of Spatech Institute of Westborough. Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Cupping are her forte. When integrated together into a therapeutic massage, this allows her to produce amazing results. People come to her most often for relief of chronic pain, tension, or stress. She’s been doing massage since her waitressing days and gets a lot of gratification from improving others’ quality of life. She empathizes with others, always wanting to improve the lives of people sitting in an office chair all day or parents doing a lot of bending and lifting.

MASSAGE

Dianne

Dianne came to Release in April of 2022.  She is a graduate of Acusage Academy School of Massage and Reflexology in Oxford, MA in 2011.

She has experience in a range of modalities such as Swedish, hot stones, advanced cupping and prenatal (she loves her baby mommas).  Dianne also offers: Reflexology, which is working on the feet to help influence the body’s health

Cranial-Sacral massage, is a gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized.  This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal. Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing which is used to in order to encourage emotional and physical healing.

Dianne is very intuitive in her light to deep pressure touch. She listens to her clients and will work with the type of massage they are looking for. If you are not in a session with Dianne, you could also see her enjoying the Bliss area to help promote her well-being.  Dianne is waiting to enjoy “grandkid” life and can’t wait to spoil them.

Jim

Jim has been a massage therapist for over 7 years. He started his career after completing the 1000 hour program at the Cortiva Institute in Seattle, WA. He practiced in the Seattle area licensed by the WA State Board of Health for 4 years before moving back to his home state of Massachusetts. He joined the team at Release in the spring of 2022. Depending on the needs of a client, Jim’s massage consists of several modalities and techniques, including neuromuscular, myofascial release, deep tissue, injury treatment/post op, active release, structural, lymphatic facilitation, Swedish and Lomi Lomi. The goals of every massage he gives are to reduce a client’s pain, improve their posture, and most importantly, put the client into a state of deep relaxation.

Shannon

Shannon has been a licensed Esthetician since 1997. She graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute. Skincare is her passion and taking a holistic approach has made it extremely rewarding for her. She believes that “healthy” skin mirrors a “healthy” lifestyle. Shannon loves spending time with her two daughters as well as practicing yoga, taking nature walks, and experimenting with new recipes.

Shawn

By the age of 15, Shawn knew he had found his calling in massage therapy after seeing how his massages could help his friends and family feel better. Shawn studied massage at the Center Massachusetts School of Massage & Spa where he graduated in 2010. With a focus on pain and tension relief, Shawn uses a variety of techniques in his treatments including Positional Release, a deep tissue massage technique that is said to be virtually painless. Outside of work, Shawn can be found spending time with his wife and their 6 children and 11 grandchildren! He stays busy on a farmstead that he is working to acquire and also practices needle felting, where he turns raw wool into 3-D objects.

She has 24 years of experience in esthetics and in those years she has cultivated her holistic approach to skincare. Also, realizing the importance of seeing the skin as an extension of the mind, body, and spirit as well as caring for it as a well-being practice. Her facial services help promote a healthy glow on the outside as well as the inside. Creating a soothing and comfortable environment in combination with personalized facial services Danielle helps you achieve balance and harmony with your skin and energy. Karlie

Karlie is a graduate of SpaTech Institute in Westborough. She strives to make each guest feel completely at home, relaxed, and leave with beautiful, refreshed skin. She is a lash lift enthusiast, absolutely loving the instant confidence boost that comes from enhancing her guests’ natural beauty.

When she’s not in the spa, Karlie loves spending time outside, with family and friends, and continuing her esthetics education.

Traci

Traci graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute’s Advanced Aesthetics program in 2018.  Specializing in a variety of facial treatments, dermaplaning, waxing, lash liftsand brow tints, and Hydrafacial, she brings a calming energy to ensure each client leaves the treatment room feeling refreshed, relaxed and glowing.

With a passion for helping each client achieve healthy, radiant skin, she takes a personalized approach to skincare. Utilizing her expertise in skincare, she thoughtfully curates customized skincare plans and recommends treatments tailored to each client’s unique skin goals.

When Traci is not in the treatment room, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Irina

Born and raised in SPb, Russia, Irina has spent the other half of her life in Boston, MA, bringing a little Russian warmth and a lot of heart to her massage practice. With +17 years of experience in luxury spas, Irina believes every treatment should be as unique as the person receiving it. Her clients have lovingly called her their “prenatal savior,” “massage queen,” and even “part of the family.” She respects your privacy, makes you feel comfortable in your own skin, and loves surprising returning clients with new techniques. Outside the treatment room, Irina is a proud mom of two and a passionate dancer. You might find her learning bachata, tango, or burlesque—or occasionally performing at a local moms’ social dance event!
