Each ingredient in our Zucchini Pasta Bowl is chosen with care to nourish your body and delight your senses. Olive oil is rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and antioxidants that support inflammation reduction. Garlic not only adds bold flavor but also offers immune-boosting and antimicrobial properties. Zucchini, when spiraled into noodles, provides a low-carb, fiber-rich alternative to pasta, packed with vitamins A and C.
Tomatoes bring a burst of color and are a great source of lycopene, an antioxidant linked to heart health and cancer prevention. Pine nuts add a satisfying crunch and are rich in magnesium and healthy fats that support brain function. Kalamata olives contribute healthy fats and polyphenols, which may help reduce inflammation and support cardiovascular health.
Feta cheese offers a creamy, tangy contrast while providing calcium and protein in a lighter form than many other cheeses. Finally, parsley and basil not only brighten the dish but also offer vitamins, antioxidants, and digestive benefits.
Together, these ingredients create a vibrant, balanced meal that’s as good for your body as it is for your taste buds. It’s wellness in a bowl — simple, honest, and full of love.
